He went through some very tough times in the last years (1987 - 1992): a divorce, not being able to see his children, his father's and Freddie's illness resulting in the passing of both of them in 1991 😢😢... On the outside you can see him smiling but it is obvious that he is hurting deep inside ... 😢

I love Jim’s book and he treats Freddie with love and respect. And let’s also consider that it was almost certainly Freddie that infected Jim with HIV (he was HIV positive, but died of cancer) and this lovely man forgave him and stuck around to care for Freddie until his death.

2024 and many still cannot abstain from periodically deeply mourning the absence of Freddie on this earth. His life from all reasonable accounts was remarkably constructive - a fabulous human being whose life work spread appreciation, whose living was curtailed by a disaster science could not manage to curtail in time to save that lovely life. The beautiful and free man was blessed with only 45 years which he managed sufficiently to become a Legend in his time and forever. Research Freddie Mercury.

Freddy knew Jim was different that's the reason why he always chose Jim over and over again for years it was always Jim. Freddie could have anyone he wanted women&men rich, handsome, wild, etc ...but in the end he chose Jim a nobody to spend his last years with the love of his life.

Mary was the love of freddies life not Jim. Jim was a boytoy / friend who stole many , many items from freddie murcurys home. He left jim breadcrumbs " while leaving Mary almost his entire estate. Mary still lives in freddies home & has protected Freddie's memory.

I've heard much of this information from others, only now seeing the facts directly from Freddie. Such a professional man. Wasn't it wonderful Queen's other great musicians didn't give up, kept at it to the end? Deep gratitude to Roger, Brian and John , cause Freddie was truly 'one-of-a-kind'.
